SAP EWM Consultant

Purpose of the Job: To provide L2 functional support, configuration, continuous improvement and project delivery for SAP EWM across DXC-supported companies. The L2 consultant is the functional owner for assigned EWM processes, with in-depth knowledge of end-to-end warehouse business processes and SAP configuration. The role receives incidents and service requests escalated from L1 support, performs functional analysis and root cause investigation, resolve issues within the application layer, and escalate product defects or issues requiring intervention of SAP L3 when appropriate. The consultant works closely with business users, key users, L1 support, other SAP functional and technical teams, service management, project team and external service providers. The role also supports change requests, implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations and proactively identifies opportunities to improve process efficiency, system utilization, controls and user experience.
