About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for an attorney to join our Corporate Legal team as VP, Contracts Counsel. This individual will provide legal counsel and support in connection with all corporate activities, including but not limited to, strategic agreements in areas that include trademark licensing, foreign manufacturing, marketing, and joint ventures, litigation and corporate compliance. What You’ll Do · Support and provide strategic advice to the executive leadership on legal and contracting matters to align legal strategy with the company's growth plans and business objectives · Collaborate cross-functionally with all areas of the business · Oversee all commercial and corporate contracts and take ownership in managing the Company’s contract portfolio in areas that include but are not limited to trademark licensing, foreign manufacturing, supply chain, technology, marketing, financing, and partnerships/joint ventures · Structure, draft, review, and negotiate all contracts and
