Position Overview The Principal Consultant is responsible for delivering NetSuite implementation projects while leading the client relationship and managing internal delegation of tasks alongside the Project Manager. This includes ensuring tasks are completed on time and on budget, maintaining the quality and efficiency of Vursor's delivery processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Principal Consultant is also accountable for fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement across the project teams. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery (85% of time) Billable Work (85%) Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry-leading best practices, business analysis, and a pragmatic mindset to solve clients’ most complex requirements. Lead Analysis, Design or Drive sessions with minimal knowledge ramp-up. Conduct business process mapping, requirements gathering, and design workshops with clients to define configuration requirements.
