JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation 93,500.00 - 175,400.00 CAD Annual Purpose The Director of Business Development plays a pivotal role in managing relationships with Sysco 's regional chain customers at the head office level, with support for site-level operations. This strategic position is essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience while focusing on increasing sales, service quality, and profitability for Sysco 's Canadian operations. Regional Chains that are poised to expand across Canada and may require guidance and resources while they are scaling across regions. The Director not only must understand Canada’s unique competitive landscape but also what differentiates the regional landscapes. They must be willing to represent Sysco at industry events and participation within trade associations. This role will work with cross functional leaders within Sysco Canada to develop strategies and models to support our emerging chain customers and maintain business profitability.
