Bilingual National Sales Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation $36,300 - $68,100 Role Responsible for assisting the National Sales Team by providing support with National Customer Onboarding, promo planning and reporting. Working very closely with internal departments, with an emphasis on Centre of Excellence, Merchandising and Operations. Responsibilities Facilitates national customer onboarding by coordinating a range of administrative and support activities. Responsible for the end to end process of bids and tenders. Generates and manages various reports to support the National Sales Department’s operational needs. Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues. Develops and distributes reports and data insights to assist sales management in decision-making. Supports the maintenance, tracking, and administration of contracts. Partners with internal departments to coordinate promotional initiatives and limited time offers in alignment with national demand planning efforts. Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their supervisor. Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present. Performs other duties as assigned.
