About the role The Vice President, Network Marketing Organization (NMO) Sales will lead Symetra 's Life Insurance distribution strategy and sales organization within the NMO channel. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Life Distribution, this executive leader will be responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening strategic distribution partnerships, and building the organizational capabilities necessary to support Symetra 's long-term growth objectives.
