Symetra has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer I to join the team working on our new Stop Loss platform. About the role As a Senior Software Engineer I , you’ll be joining the team to help build the next generation of our Stop Loss platform. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will develop production-ready software, working from established architectural direction in a fast-evolving environment. We’re looking for a collaborative and coachable engineer who is open to feedback and can effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
