Financial Controlling Intern

You will: Support the monthly financial consolidation: prepare and reconcile inputs and check that figures tie out. Review and approve expense requests against policy and budget, flagging anomalies and following up with requesters. Track actuals against budget, keep reporting up to date and highlight variances to the team. Run cost analyses and deep dives on specific spend areas, turning the numbers into clear findings and recommendations. Take a special focus on HR controlling (headcount, payroll and people-related costs) and software spend (licences, subscriptions and vendor costs). Control credit card expenses Help improve controlling processes along the way. About you: Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, and at ease drawing conclusions from data.
