About the Role As Chief Growth Officer, you will join Swanky's Executive Board and take overall responsibility for our new business strategy and performance, including sales, marketing, strategic partnerships and the development of our go-to-market organisation. Your primary objective will be to significantly increase the value, volume and quality of new business wins, building a high-performing commercial organisation capable of delivering consistent, predictable and profitable growth.
