We are growing and looking for a fast, organized, and proactive Personal Trainer Recruiting Specialist / Talent Sourcer to help us source, screen, and schedule qualified personal trainers across the United States. About the Role This is a high-volume recruiting and sourcing role focused on building a strong pipeline of personal trainer candidates. The main responsibility is to source personal trainers through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other recruiting channels, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule qualified candidates for interviews with our onboarding team. Our clients are actively waiting to be matched with trainers, so speed, organization, communication, and follow-up are critical. The right candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and moving candidates quickly through the pipeline. Responsibilities Source personal trainer candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other recruiting platforms. Review candidate profiles, resumes, certifications, experience, location, and availability. Conduct initial phone screens with trainer candidates. Confirm candidate interest, certifications, location coverage, availability, and overall fit. Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the onboarding team.
