Organization: SHSO- Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: Accountable for the direction of the full systems development lifecycle management of enterprise applications for both support services and implementations adhering to enterprise data and process standards. Directs the ongoing support and services of the software, environments, and processes required to ensure data quality and integrity. Monitors the functionality of the software and its use throughout Sutter Health and its affiliates with particular emphasis on evolving best practices for distribution across affiliates. Job Description : EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's: Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 12 years recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Expert technical and business knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), quality assurance, and project management. Expert knowledge of specifying user requirements. Expert knowledge of healthcare operations and structure. Expert understanding of hospital inpatient and clinic outpatient operations. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff.
