What you will do: Provide L1 customer support through chat, email, and calls; Assist customers with product-related questions and “how-to” requests; Handle payout and transaction status inquiries; Provide guidance on subscription-related questions; Identify and escalate recurring or more complex technical issues to the appropriate team; Use the knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve common customer issues.
