Verification Analysis Maintain the safety and security of client content by reviewing and analyzing user-generated postings and verification details to ensure the legitimacy of both users and job listings. Use independent discretion to determine when additional information or verification is required, and communicate with job posters to collect and analyze relevant details. Apply independent judgment to identify and eliminate scams, potentially dangerous content, and inappropriate postings, escalating to senior staff when necessary. Make decisions regarding a user's legitimacy based on background check results, IDs, independent research, investigations, and other verification materials. Monitor and review system-generated alerts related to client/job-poster activities (such as changes to previously approved listings or messaging limits) and determine appropriate actions. Investigate scam complaints and reports of inappropriate behavior, making executive decisions on whether clients should be removed from the platform. Content Management Review and enhance user-generated content by copy-editing and optimizing job posts to align with key business objectives.
