IT Project Manager

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage technology infrastructure and Microsoft 365 projects from initial planning through implementation, validation, documentation, and project closure. The Project Manager will coordinate engineers, installers, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with the approved scope, schedule, labor budget, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. Projects may include network infrastructure refreshes, UniFi deployments, wireless projects, structured cabling, firewall and switch replacements, Microsoft 365 migrations, MFA implementations, tenant migrations, and other technology infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills and enough technical understanding to coordinate technical teams, identify project risks, understand dependencies, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
