IT Operations & Financial Administrator

This is a remote position. Support Tech LLC is seeking a high-caliber professional to manage the operational and financial backbone of our IT Infrastructure and Field Services business. This role is a critical hire that requires a rare combination of master-level data manipulation and executive-level communication. Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial data, the efficiency of our technician recruitment pipeline, and the overall smooth operation of our field service administrative systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Mapping & Financial Administration ● Master-Level Data Systems: Design, build, and maintain complex data-mapping structures in Excel or Google Sheets (utilizing advanced formulas, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and interconnected data sets). ● IT Financial Management: Execute end-to-end invoicing specifically for IT field services, ensuring labor hours, travel expenses, and hardware costs are mapped accurately to client accounts. ● Systems Integration: Audit and optimize the flow of data between our field service management tools and internal financial reporting spreadsheets. 2.
