We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Human Resources Team! This individual will report into our Senior Manager of Total Rewards & Compliance and play an important role in managing and enhancing HR compliance programs, policies, reporting, and processes to ensure alignment with employment laws, workers’ compensation standards, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with leaders and partners across the organization, this role will provide compliance guidance, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support the development and implementation of practices that minimize risk and promote consistency across SupplyHouse.
