This role owns the full training lifecycle — onboarding curricula, role-based upskilling, and organizational readiness for new systems, tools, and processes, including preparing internal departments to successfully support each newly acquired portfolio — translating the VP's enterprise capacity-building priorities into concrete, well-run programs.
