Asset Management Manager – Waterfalls & Reporting

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager to support our waterfall modeling and investor reporting function for a growing portfolio of residential and commercial solar assets. This role will serve as a key subject matter expert responsible for the accuracy of cash waterfall models, the integrity of reporting data, and the timely delivery of investor and lender reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong structured-finance and reporting experience, along with a data-oriented approach to process improvement. This individual will work closely with accounting, tax, legal, operations, and third-party auditors to support accurate distributions, maintain compliance with financing agreements, and enhance reporting processes through stronger controls, improved data management, and thoughtful automation. Key Responsibilities Waterfall Modeling & Distributions Serve as a subject matter expert on multi-tranche waterfall models covering debt tranches, equity returns, fees, and reserves. Maintain, review, and enhance waterfall models to support accurate monthly and quarterly distribution calculations, debt-service payments, and equity cures in accordance with contractual waterfalls. Monitor covenant compliance, including LTV, DSCR, and yield tests, and coordinate follow-up actions where needed.
