The Position: The Business Development Manager - Service position is a remote position that plays an important role with this rapidly growing company. This is a very dynamic and fast-track position and will be the key member of Service team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead preparation of bids for Sungrow customers in North America for PV and BESS projects, offering service contracts such as O&M contracts, SLAs, LTSAs and MSAs Coordinate with Sales team non-standard terms within the contracts Review Service prices with Service Management team and create standard price offers for bids Coordinate with legal, service and O&M departments on any special requirements for service contracts for PV and BESS Work with other members of Service and Sales to identify best practices and recommend process changes that will improve effectiveness of the process Present final contract to the Service organization to
