Position Summary Sundae is seeking a technically proficient, hands-on Director of Revenue Operations to oversee and continuously improve the technology systems that support our sales, marketing, and member operations. This position is responsible for the administration, integration, automation, and reliability of the company's revenue technology infrastructure, including Salesforce, Zapier, Rill, smrtPhone, Twilio, DocuSign, and other business-critical platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution with operational problem-solving skills. This individual must be comfortable working across multiple interconnected systems, troubleshooting complex issues, developing automations, and managing the technology setup for new market operators.
