The role is open to both experienced engineers and promising junior candidates who demonstrate strong technical foundations, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly. Senior Software Engineer – Responsibilities & Requirements Key Responsibilities Software Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, FastAPI, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js. Build and maintain REST or GraphQL APIs, including authentication, authorization, validation, and error handling. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modelling, migrations, and query optimization. Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code to accelerate development while maintaining code quality, security, and maintainability. Work with message queues such as RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing and background jobs. Investigate and resolve bugs, production issues, and performance bottlenecks. Create clear technical documentation and contribute to architectural decisions. Testing & Quality Write and maintain unit, integration, API, and end-to-end tests. Apply automated testing throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards. Validate
