Job Overview The Associate Director, Medical Strategy (Prostate Cancer) will be a key member of the Medical Affairs team and will report to the Medical Affairs Director, Solid Tumors TA Lead. The position will serve as the medical director for assigned prostate cancer projects, providing medical and scientific leadership and partnering with the TA Lead to develop and execute Medical Affairs strategy for internal programs and external-facing interactions. The role will work in close, ongoing partnership with the TA Lead, with regular alignment on priorities, strategic direction, execution, and escalation of key issues. This position will lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members to support project execution. The role will also collaborate with cross-functional partners, as appropriate, on strategic initiatives.
