KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, manage, coach, and support Medical Information colleagues, including workload prioritization, performance guidance, professional development, and delivery of high-quality Medical Information services. Provide strategic and operational oversight for Medical Information activities within assigned therapeutic area(s), ensuring accurate, timely, balanced, and compliant responses to unsolicited Medical Information requests. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned therapeutic area(s), maintaining in-depth knowledge of product data, disease states, treatment guidelines, labeling, literature, and relevant internal information.
