Sr. Finance & Strategy Analyst

They are currently seeking a Sr. Finance & Strategy Analyst to become the second hire on their Finance & Operations team, reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Operations. The Role This is a hybrid, high-impact position designed for someone who enjoys autonomy and variety. Your time will be split across three core pillars: FP&A & Core Finance (30%): Leading traditional tasks such as budget tracking, variance analysis, and managing relationships with outsourced accounting and tax teams. People Operations (30%): Managing essential systems (Carta, Justworks), overseeing new hire procedures, and benchmarking compensation to ensure the team stays competitive. Strategic Projects (30%): Partnering on corporate development initiatives, including quantifying new product launches, retention strategies, and the rollout of an e-commerce platform. What You Bring Experience: 2–4 years in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Strategic Finance. Mindset: A "self-starter" mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
