CAPI Surveyor (Freelance)

This is a remote position. Performanze is a tech and digital firm focused on designing and operating growth systems in complex environments. We design and build software, data visualization tools, automations, and AI solutions to connect acquisition, sales, and technology under a single model geared toward revenue, efficiency, and margin. We are looking for 5 surveyors to join our field team to conduct post-test studies on institutional advertising campaigns. The work consists of recruiting and conducting face-to-face interviews using CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing) methodology at high-traffic locations. Objectives and Scope Work volume: The project includes a total of 1,500 interviews. The individual target is 300 interviews per surveyor. Estimated fieldwork duration: 3 to 4 weeks. Geographic area: National distribution. Position objective: Each collaborator will be responsible for achieving a target of 300 interviews (out of a total project volume of 1,500 surveys). Main duties: Recruiting and approaching participants on public streets or high-traffic locations. Conducting structured interviews using a tablet, strictly complying with sample quotas (gender, age, area). Managing field incidents and reporting on the quality of collected data.
