Remote SEO Content Editor – AI Search & AEO Study.com is looking for an SEO Content Editor – AI Search & AEO. The role involves reviewing AI-generated drafts and refine them. We are looking for experienced professionals who can can edit, fact-check, review, and optimize content for Study.com 's College Saver (college credit) and Test Prep products. This is a remote contractor role. All work is paid per hour. Project Description This role involves editing, fact-checking, reviewing, and optimizing content for Study.com 's College Saver (college credit) and Test Prep products. You will review AI-generated drafts and refine them across five priorities: - AI citation readiness - Traditional SEO - Readability - Freshness - Factual and product accuracy. The goal is for these articles not only to rank in traditional search results, but also to be cited and surface in AI-powered search environments (e.g., Google AI Overviews and generative engines). Success in this role requires a sharp editorial eye, a deep understanding of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles, and the ability to turn AI drafts into accurate, publish-ready content.
