Lead Engineer, Cloud and Platform Engineering

Work Flexibility: Remote Position summary: The Full Stack Engineer designs, develops, and maintains enterprise cloud platform software within Stryker ’s Cloud Center of Excellence. The role builds the self-service cloud portal, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows that enable application and product teams to provision and manage cloud environments securely and consistently across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and other approved cloud platforms. Working with cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Operations, the engineer delivers reusable platform capabilities, developer tooling, and shared services through modern software engineering and DevSecOps practices. The role focuses on full-stack software delivery; cloud infrastructure engineering skills, including Terraform, networking, and security automation, are strongly preferred to support integration with and development of underlying cloud foundations.
