Location: Remote, South Africa (UK business hours) Company: Rapidly growing UK audit & advisory practice focusing on SMEs About the Role A high‑volume outbound telesales and sales‑support role focused on cold calling, rapid qualification, and booking high‑quality discovery calls for senior colleagues. The role also includes administrative responsibilities that directly support sales efficiency, revenue generation, and pipeline accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Cleanse and build target lists by sector, size, and persona. Conduct high‑volume cold calling to open conversations and book meetings. Follow structured phone + email cadences with basic personalisation. Qualify leads (need, authority, timing, fit) and hand over cleanly. Confirm meeting logistics and complete pre‑call briefs. Log all calls, notes, and data accurately in HubSpot. Nurture older leads and reactivate prospects. Research sector or service line specific opportunities, such as property service charges or changes in Making Tax Digital reporting to suggest targeted outbound campaigns Sales‑Support & Admin Responsibilities Filter, triage, and respond to inbound web enquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up and directing genuine opportunities to the appropriate colleague.
