Audit & Accounts Senior

Location: South Africa - Remote About the Role Streets Accountants is looking for a qualified and experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join our UK team. This is a key senior-level role for someone with strong external audit experience, ideally combined with accounts preparation and corporation tax experience. You will manage audit assignments from planning through to completion, work directly with clients and contribute across audit, accounts and tax. Accounts and corporation tax experience is highly desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate. Strong external audit experience is the core requirement. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage and complete external audit assignments from planning through to completion. Prepare and review audit working papers, financial statements and supporting schedules. Identify audit risks and perform appropriate audit procedures. Liaise directly with clients to obtain information, resolve queries and ensure assignments remain on track. Prepare and/or review year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. Assist with corporation tax computations and returns. Ensure work complies with relevant UK accounting, auditing and tax requirements. Manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively. Review work and provide guidance to junior team members where required. Work collaboratively with UK-based audit, accounts and tax teams.
