Customer Success Engineer Germany

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Sucess Enegineer to be the first Operations team member for the German market ! You will be in charge of supporting our clients in their day-to-day usage of our services: maintaining the quality of the data provided, optimising the settings of Streem data models and services for each user, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the new features developed. The customer operations team is at the core of Streem’s day-to-day business, constantly liaising between our tech team, our product manager, our sales team, our clients and external stakeholders. The role is a great opportunity to develop Streem in Germany and growing the team. Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support before, during, and after the deployment of Streem Energy 's solutions Be responsible for interactions with German stakeholders (eg meter operators, grids) Answer clients requests in a timely and accurate manner, always looking for simple and automated solutions to complex problems Monitor the Streem data quality overall to detect potential bugs and issues Establish a deep understanding of our clients’ business objectives, requirements, and KPIs.
