“Cyber” Customer Success Manager (DACH)

You at a Glance As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) for our team. Are you cyber-affine, sales-oriented, and genuinely excited to help our customers? Then we definitely want to meet you! In this role, it is all about providing our customers with the best onboarding for our cyber tools via our app Stoïk Protect. As part of our Customer Success team, you will build strong relationships with our customers in the German and Austrian markets. You will also ensure a smooth product feedback loop and coordinate the successful launch of new features. Your Tasks Customer Onboarding & Success Onboarding: You take over the onboarding process for new customers and ensure a seamless experience – depending on customer size in a webinar format or as a 1:1 session. You approach recurring tasks in your daily onboarding routine with a positive attitude. Basic Support: You handle inquiries regarding the implementation of Stoïk Protect via our ticketing system. You master a high volume of customer contacts, reliably meet our SLAs, and thus ensure top customer satisfaction.
