About the Role At Step , design is one of our biggest competitive advantages. We're looking for an experienced Visual Designer to define and evolve how Step looks and feels across every customer touchpoint. From our product and marketing campaigns to physical cards, merchandise, social media, and brand experiences, you'll own the visual identity that makes Step instantly recognizable. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and marketing. You'll work closely with Product Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure every interaction with Step feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably ours. We're looking for someone who obsesses over typography, color, composition, illustration, motion, and craft. Someone who can zoom out to define the visual language for an entire company, then roll up their sleeves to design the details that bring it to life.
