About the Role As Step enters its next phase of rapid growth, we're looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of People Operations to establish the frameworks, systems, and policies that enable our team to do their best work. From onboarding to employee engagement, you will drive initiatives that elevate Step 's culture, performance, and long-term talent strategy. This role provides leadership for Talent Acquisition, ensuring we continue to attract exceptional talent as we grow.
