We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Operations Manager to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond) and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry. In this role, you will serve as both a data detective and a hands-on operator, playing a dual role that drives operational excellence through insights and execution. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Operations to not only uncover valuable data insights but also lead cross-functional projects that transform those insights into actionable business improvements. This role starts with a secondment. For your first several months, you will embed with a single business unit and support it end to end — running the day-to-day, improving processes, and answering key strategic questions. After this initial period, you help shape what comes next: go deep in a core operational area such as Provider Operations or Production, stay with the business unit as it scales, or flex across Steno on whatever is most urgent. In every version of this path, you’ll work on the problems that matter most to the business. Who are you?
