We are looking for a Data Technical Support Analyst – Trainee who is eager to learn, develop professionally, and take their first steps in the world of technology and data support. What will your main responsibilities be? Provide first-level technical support for incidents and inquiries related to data tools and platforms. Collaborate in the analysis, tracking, and resolution of incidents, escalating those that require specialized assistance. Perform basic checks and monitoring of data processes. Record and document incidents, inquiries, and implemented solutions. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the operational continuity of services. Participate in data maintenance, validation, and quality control tasks. What are we looking for? Students or graduates of Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL (desirable). Interest in technical support, data analysis, and problem-solving. General knowledge of computer tools and operating systems. Proactivity, learning capacity, service orientation, and good communication skills.
