Junior Data Technical Support Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Data Technical Support Analyst to join our team and collaborate in the operation, monitoring, and resolution of incidents related to data platforms, processes, and services. What will your main responsibilities be? Provide technical and functional support for data platforms and processes. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to data availability, integrity, and processing. Perform SQL queries to validate information, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate on error analysis. Monitor data loading, updating, and transformation processes. Manage tickets, document incidents, and follow up until resolution. Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on the optimization of operational processes. Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, and other technical teams to ensure service continuity. What are we looking for? Advanced students or graduates of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. Previous experience of 6 months to 1 year in technical support, application support, databases, or related areas (desirable).
