Junior IT Governance Analyst

We are looking for an IT Governance Analyst to support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement activities for Information Technology processes. The professional will monitor indicators, manage risks and controls, and contribute to aligning IT practices with internal policies and organizational guidelines. Act in IT governance activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports. Support the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement processes. Assist in identifying and tracking IT risks and controls. Support the organization and documentation of processes, procedures, and governance evidence. Contribute to compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align processes and strategic objectives. Support initiatives related to compliance, internal controls, and IT governance best practices. What knowledge we require you to have: Completed higher education or currently enrolled in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Basic knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL. Basic notions of risk management, compliance, and internal controls. Knowledge of report generation and indicator tracking. Good communication and organizational skills.
