Manager, Corporate FP&A

The START Center for Cancer Research (“START”) is the world’s largest early phase site network, fully dedicated to oncology clinical research. Throughout our history, START has provided hope to cancer patients in global community practices by offering "Hope Through Access” to cutting edge trials throughout the United States and Europe. We are seeking a Manager, Corporate FP&A . The Manager, Corporate FP&A reports to the Vice President, Finance and is a key contributor to START's planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive reporting processes. The Manager strengthens the corporate reporting that leadership and investors rely on, models the capital and investment needs of new site openings, and supports the month-end close with key analyses. The ideal candidate is analytical, business-oriented, and highly organized, combining strong FP&A and financial modeling skills with sound business acumen. The Manager will partner with Accounting, Operations, Integrations, Technology, and other corporate functions to translate business activity into financial outcomes, and will communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior leadership, investors, and non-financial stakeholders. The annual base salary for this remote role is $115,000 - $125,000. However, base pay may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
