Data Engineer

About the Role Staritas is seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer to join our growing Technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions that support our healthcare technology platforms and business operations. You will work closely with Software Engineering, Product, Analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, secure, accessible, and positioned to drive informed decision-making across the organization. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. Build and support data integrations across internal and external systems. Develop and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and data models to support reporting and analytics. Ensure the quality, integrity, consistency, and availability of enterprise data assets. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline performance and reliability. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate data solutions into applications and products. Partner with business and analytics teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions. Implement data validation, monitoring, and quality assurance processes.
