Product Manager – Fiscal (Remote) - 7310

Build a product vision based on business strategy and deploy it to a multidisciplinary team (developers and designers), aligning and motivating everyone in the execution of activities; Maintain a prioritized short-, medium-, and long-term backlog aligned with the company's strategy and considering continuous analysis of various existing information sources (e.g., NPS, Support, contractual client demands, etc.); Keep the squad updated and engaged with objectives; Analyze demands and backlog hypotheses and conduct discoveries, defining success metrics and documenting results to initiate the delivery process; Monitor the development of functional specifications according to agile development standards: transform specifications into user stories, prioritize based on value delivery, plan sprints, clarify questions, participate in team ceremonies, and perform final validation.
