The Job: As a Lead Systems Analyst, you’ll be part of our IT – Supply Chain team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to: Serve as the functional/technical lead for the Procurement technology product area, partnering with Procurement Business Process Owners to define vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes (cycle time, compliance, touchless processing, supplier enablement) . Own and maintain the product backlog (features/user stories), including prioritization, refinement, and alignment to business value and capacity. Lead discovery and solution shaping for S2C and P2P initiatives; drive decisions across process standardization vs. local variation. Drive AI and automation initiatives across S2C and P2P to improve user experience, increase compliance, reduce cycle times, and enable touchless processing (e.g., workflow automation, intelligent intake, guided buying, PO/PR/invoice automation, and spend/supplier
