The Job: As a Global DAM (Digital Asset Management) Specialist, you’ll be part of our Global Creative & Digital Marketing Operations – Global DAM team working as a remote employee. The DAM Specialist will be responsible for ingesting our digital assets according to global standards and requirements, following the business S&OP. You’ll get to: Monitor asset quality, file naming conventions, and taxonomy compliance. Organize and maintain the digital asset library to ensure assets are tagged with accurate metadata. Maintain metadata standards and implement updates to improve searchability and asset discovery. Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and digital rights for all assets. Track asset expiration dates, renew rights as necessary, and remove expired assets. Support global upload workflows and approvals processes
