Commercial Director, APAC

The Commercial Director, APAC will be responsible for leading all commercial activities across the region, with accountability for revenue growth, market development, distributor management, and customer success. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in establishing and scaling the commercial infrastructure of a newly formed company. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, the successful candidate will help build the operational foundation required for long-term success, while maintaining direct responsibility for sales activities in Japan, our largest market in Asia Pacific. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational execution.
