Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager - Law Firm

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Legal Case Manager to support our client's fast-paced California Personal Injury practice. The ideal candidate has at least 2–3 years of direct case management experience within a California personal injury law firm, demonstrating proven expertise in managing the full case lifecycle—from opening claims and managing property damage to coordinating medical treatment, retrieving records, and opening medical liens. Key Responsibilities Case Management: Manage personal injury files from inception through pre-litigation settlement or transfer, maintaining strict deadlines and client communication. Claims & Property Damage: Open insurance claims, report claims to carriers, and assist clients with property damage resolution. Medical Coordination & Records: Coordinate ongoing client medical care, track treatment milestones, and manage complete medical records and billing requests. Lien Management: Open and track medical liens with healthcare providers, health insurance companies, and statutory lienholders. File Maintenance: Maintain organized digital files and update client records within case management software. Requirements Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2–3 years of dedicated experience as a Case Manager (not administrative assistant or receptionist) in a California-based Personal Injury law firm .
