The ideal candidate for this role should be able to interpret project specifications, source and verify pricing for materials and products, and apply sound judgment when assessing project scope and cost drivers. This role is critical for ensuring estimates are accurate, timely, and reflective of current market and product knowledge. What You’ll Do You’ll be the kind of person who: Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects based on plans, specifications, and scope of work Source and verify pricing for materials, products, and services from suppliers and vendors Review project documentation to identify requirements, quantities, and potential cost risks Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of relevant products, materials, and industry terminology Prepare and submit quotes and proposals within required timeframes Liaise with internal teams to clarify project scope and ensure estimates align with client expectations Track and update pricing databases or estimating software with current rates and product informa
