Reporting to the Senior Director, Employment Counsel, you will help support the employment law function across Canada and, as needed, our other key international markets. This role is well-suited to an employment lawyer with 3+ years of hands-on experience looking to take on broad ownership across advisory work, compliance, dispute resolution, and cross-functional projects at a fast-growing, global technology company. You'll work closely with our People & Culture (P&C) team and business leaders on the full employment lifecycle, from hiring through to termination, while helping build scalable, compliant frameworks as StackAdapt continues to expand internationally.
