Job Description PositionTitle Poweredby Flex RoleSummary The Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert(SME) will serve as a critical bridge between businessstakeholders and technical teams. This role requires deep functional knowledgeof Model N Revenue Management solutions combined with strong technicalunderstanding to support implementation, configuration, integration,optimization, and ongoing support for clients powered by Flex delivery models. The SME will lead solution design, guide bestpractices, resolve complex issues, and ensure successful delivery aligned withbusiness objectives. KeyResponsibilities Functional Responsibilities Act as the Model N functional expert across modules such as: oRevenue Management oPricing & Contract Management oGovernment Pricing (Medicaid, Medicare, 340B,AMP, Best Price) oChargebacks, Rebates, and Incentives Gather, analyze, and document businessrequirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functionalspecifications and system configurations. Configure Model N applications to meetclient-specific requirements. Lead functional design workshops , userstory creation, and solution walkthroughs. Support UAT planning, execution, and defecttriage. Provide post-go-live functional support andoptimization recommendations.
