SRI is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to serve as an integral contributor to our Finance and Business Operations team. The AP Analyst supports full-cycle accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense management. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong financial acumen, a high aptitude for financial systems and technology, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position can work fully remotely. Responsibilities Invoice & Payment Processing: Support full-cycle AP operations, including the intake, distribution, and entry of invoices and payment requests. Disbursements: Prepare and process the payment runs (ACH, wire, check) to ensure timely and accurate disbursements. Reporting & Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, manage AP aging reports, perform balance sheet account reconciliations, and prepare management reporting. Vendor Management: Build and maintain positive vendor relationship
