Mid-Level Data Engineer (Data Engineer II)

About the team: You will be part of our Data squad, responsible for translating business questions into strategic and actionable insights. The team works in partnership with other areas of the company, supporting data value extraction, developing metrics to track business growth, and creating analyses and reports that support decision-making. What you will do in your daily routine: Monitor the Airflow environment to ensure failures are understood and addressed in a timely manner; Sustain and maintain existing DAGs; Support internal company areas by understanding requests and turning them into robust data pipelines; Assist in modernizing the environment; Document deliverables; Perform code reviews. Mandatory technical requirements: GCP (Storage, Dataproc, BigQuery); Python; PySpark; Airflow; SQL; Postgres, MySQL, or any other relational database; MongoDB; Git; Github; Linux; REST APIs. Technical nice-to-haves: DBT; Docker and Kubernetes; Github Actions; Delta Lake; Scala (for legacy migration).
