Senior Project Manager, Engineering Operations

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine Type: full-time We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to support an enterprise software product suite, ensuring engineering projects are well-organized, execution is predictable, and cross-functional teams stay aligned. You'll translate product roadmaps into actionable plans, improve engineering workflows, and build scalable project and program management processes as the product portfolio grows. Responsibilities: Translate product objectives into project plans, milestones, and deliverables. Lead planning meetings, track action items, and drive accountability to keep projects on schedule. Coordinate the software development lifecycle, ensuring engineering work stays aligned with product priorities and enterprise customer requirements. Establish and refine standardized project management processes that improve execution, reduce bottlenecks, and increase team efficiency. Own the configuration and administration of GitLab boards, labels, and issue tracking. Maintain reliable workflows and integrations with external project management tools.
